Fish Biscuit – Fish Biscuit or fish stick. So easy to cook ,can be ready in 10 minutes.And served as desired.Great snack and appetizer.


  • Salt to taste
  • Corn Flour 2 tbs
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Plain Flour 1/2 cup
  • Cooking Oil 4 tbsp
  • Fish Fillet 300 gm


Step 1

Cut fish into square pieces.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix plain flour, corn flour, beaten egg, salt to taste and black pepper.

Step 3

Beat together all these ingredients until it forms a batter of desired consistency.

Step 4

Coat fish pieces in flour and dip in the batter.

Step 5

In a wok, heat oil and fry fish pieces.

Step 6

Fish Biscuits are ready to serve.
