Wish & Dish With Saadat Episode 7.
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 2 Table spoons
- Refind Flour (Maida) ½ kg
- Yeast (khameer) 1 teaspoon
- Dry Milk 2 tablespoons
- Dark Chocolate 1 Cup
- White Chocolate 1 Cup
- Sufi Banaspati 1 tablespoon
- Water ½ cup
Make water luke warm (neem-garam) in a pan.
Now, mix this luke warm water with yeast, sugar and Sufi Banaspati in a bowl.
Then, add salt, refined flour and dry milk; knead (Ghondhain) this mixture and leave it for half an hour.
Now, roll this mixture with a roller pin (belna) and cut it in circles using a cutter.
Fry these in a cauldron (karahi) which has heated Sufi Banaspati.
For icing, melt dark and white chocolates with sugar and water, in separate pans.
Finally, dip half of the donuts in this icing and serve on a platter.
