Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Chilli
- Chicken 100 gm
- Boiled Chickpeas 100 gm
- Chicken Breast 1 piece
- Burger Roll 1 piece
- Frozen Fries 1
- Salad leaves 1
Method
Step 1
Heat Sufi Banaspati in a pan and fry onion.
Step 2
Add chicken in the pan along with ginger-garlic paste, tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed chillies and lemon juice and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cook rice after adding salt, mint, cumin (zeera), Cinnamomum (darchini), black cardamom (bari illaichi), clove (long), black pepper and rice in hot water.
Step 4
Make a layer of chicken masala in a pan and add rice, tomato, lemon, green chillies and coriander (hara dhania).
Step 5
Make another layer of rice and chicken masala and add zarda colour, jaifal javitri powder, kavra and 1 table spoon Sufi Banaspati.
Step 6
Now cover the pan and cook.
Step 7
Burn bringle on the stove and cut into pieces. Fry garlic, cumin (zeera), red chillies and crushed red chillies in Sufi Banaspati.
Step 8
Mix yogurt with bringle and add the fried ingredients.
Step 9
Finally shake the rice pan well and serve the Biryani with Bangun Ka Raita.
