Ingredients
- Sugar: 3
- Channay Ki Daal: 1
- Cinnamon Powder: 1
- Chopped Almonds: 50
- Chopped Pistachio: 50
- Silver Foil: 1
- Sufi Banaspati: 1
Method
Step 1
Leave Channay Ki Daal in a bowl full of water for 2 to 3 hours and then grind.
Step 2
Now heat Banaspati in a pan, add cinnamon powder, grinded Channay Ki Daal and cook well.
Step 3
Add sugar and cook until it dissolves properly.
Step 4
Add chopped almonds and pistachio.
Step 5
Apply a layer of Sufi Banaspati on a Platter and fill with Halwa. Garnish it with almonds, pistachio, silver foil and serve the Halwa with paratha
