Wish & Dish With Saadat Episode 21:
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Breast 2
- Sufi Banaspati (Ghee) 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon for sauce,
- Sugar ¼ teaspoon, 1 teaspoon for dough
- Onion 1
- Crushed Red Chilli 1 teaspoon
- Lemon peel 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 4 pieces
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Yeast (khameer) ½ teaspoon
- Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 1
- Plain Flour ½ kg
- Cheddar Cheese 150 gm
- Black Olive 10
- Mozzarella Cheese 150 gm
- Tikka Masala 2 teaspoons
- Tomato Puree 1 cup
- Dry Oregano ½ teaspoon
- Sufi Banaspati 1 tablespoon for dough
Mix tikka masala and lemon juice in a bowl and apply it on the chicken breast.
Heat Sufi Banaspati in a pan, fry chicken breast and cut into small slices.
For sauce, heat Sufi Banaspati in a pan add garlic, oregano, tomato puree, crushed black pepper, crushed red chilli, salt, sugar and cook as much as five minutes.
For dough, mix yeast, Sufi Banaspati, sugar in warm water and knead plain flour with the mixture.
Give five-minute rest to the flour.
Place the dough in a pizza pan and apply Sufi Banaspati at the border of the dough.
Make a layer of the sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chicken tikka slices, capsicum, onion, black olives and the rest of the cheese.
Bake the pizza in the oven.
Now serve the pizza.
