Ingredients
- Salt To Taste
- White Pepper 1 tbsp
- Sufi Banaspati (Ghee) For Frying
- Fine Flour 80 gm
- Corn Flour 80 gm
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 8 tbsp
- Baking Soda 1 tsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Green Chili Paste 1.5 tsp
- White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
- Potatoes Medium size (Diced)
- Green Onion 3
- Caster Sugar 1 tbsp
- Chicken (Wirth Skin) 750 gm
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl add garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, baking soda and water and mix it well.
Step 2
Now marinate chicken in this mixture well and leave it for 4 to 5 hours.
Step 3
For coating add fine flour, corn flour, salt and white pepper powder in a bowl and mix it well.
Step 4
Now coat the marinated chicken with this mixture and dip in water.
Step 5
Repeat the process 3 times then finally coat then chicken in the mixture again and deep fry in Sufi Banaspati.
Step 6
For Potato Salad cut pieces of boiled potatoes and add salt, white pepper powder, caster sugar, mayonnaise, cream and green onion and mix it well.
Step 7
Finally serve the Chicken Broast with Potato Salad.
