Wish & Dish With Saadat Episode 18:
- Onion Paste 1 cup
- Mince 1 kg
- Coal 1 piece
- Papaya Paste 1 teaspoon
- Jifle Jewetri Powder ½ teaspoon
- Star Anise Powder ¼ teaspoon
- Lemon & Onion for garnishing
- Suji 1 cup
- Sufi Banaspati as required
- Garam Masala Powder 1 teaspoon
Add mince, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, jifle jewetri powder, star anise powder, papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, onion paste in a chopper and grind.
Place a smoking coal on a piece of bread in the mince bowl and cover it.
Make rolls of mince, put some Sufi Banaspati on the heated pan, and grill.
For Budu Paratha, take a bowl and add plain flour, suji, Sufi Banaspati, water, salt and knead (goondhain).
Give rest for 20 minutes.
Now spread out the flour, apply Sufi Banaspati and roll then spread out again and fry.
Serve Bundu Paratha with Seekh Kabab.
