Wish & Dish With Saadat Episode 10:
- Salt to taste
- Coriander (Hara dhania) 1 tablespoon
- Crushed Red Chilli ½ teaspoon
- Mint 1 tablespoon
- Green Chillies 1
- Crushed Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Boiled Rice 1 cup
- Eggs 2
- Bread Crumbs 1 cup
- Chicken Boneless ½ Kg
- Rosemary 1 pinch
- Thyme 1 pinch
- Basil 1 pinch
- Plain Flour 1 cup
- Lettuce (Salad leaves) for garnishing
- Large Cardamoms
- Sufi Banaspati for frying
Chop chicken boneless, Rosemary, Thyme,Basil, crushed Black Pepper, crushed Red Chilli, salt and boiled rice in a chopper and take out half of it in a platter.
Add Coriander, Mint and green chilli in the remaining mixture and chop once again.
Beat eggs adding salt and crushed black pepper.
Give the mixture rectangular shapes and coat them with eggs and plain flour then again coat with eggs and then bread crumbs and fry in Sufi Banaspati.
Serve Nuggets in a platter garnished with Lettuce (Salad leaves).
For Macaroni Cheese, cook plain flour in Sufi Banaspati add milk and cook until it gets thick.
Add Nutmeg, Cheddar Cheese slices, salt and boiled Macaroni and cook for two minutes.
In the end add Parmesan Cheese and mix. Serve Macaroni Cheese in a platter.
