Ingredients

  • Salt According to Taste
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 Spoon
  • Gram Flour (Besan) 1 Cup
  • Eggs 3 ( Boiled )
  • Cumin Seeds 1 Spoon
  • Water For Batter
  • Ghee For Frying

Method

Step 1

Make batter not to thick not to liquid normal.

Step 2

Add in basen salt,chili,zeera water & mix wel now dip eggs in this.

Step 3

Batter & deep fry serve hot hot.
