Chicken chilli dry is a Chinese dish which is extremely tasty and tastes good when served with vegetable fried rice. We are thankful to Amna Khan the sender of this recipe.
Ingredients
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Chicken (boneless) 1 kg
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1/2 cup
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Ginger Chopped 1 cup
- Green Chilies Chopped 20-25
- Cooking Oil 3 tbsp
- Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
Method
Step 1
Marinate chicken with soya sauce and vinegar for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Heat oil in fry pan and add ginger garlic paste, black pepper, 1/2 cup ginger julien, salt and chicken to it.
Step 3
Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame for 8-10 minutes by covering the lid.
Step 4
Now add 1/4 cup garlic and 12 green chillies in it and let it cook till its water dries.
Step 5
Take out in a plate and sprinkle Chinese salt over it.
Step 6
Now take the same fry pan in which you cooked the chicken. Add 1 tbsp oil in it and remaining ginger, garlic.
Step 7
Fry it for 1 minute and then add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp Chinese salt in it.
Step 8
Add the already cooked chicken in it and toss very well.
Step 9
Serve hot.
