Ingredients
- Salt: according to taste
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
- Red Pepper (Crushed): 2 tsp
- Onion: (fried) 3
- Mint: 1 cup
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Green Chillies: according to taste
- Mince: 500 g
- Brown Onion: (rings) 2
- Garam Masala Powder: 1.5 tsp
Method
Step 1
Brown the onions.
Step 2
Take oil in a pan and add minced meat in it.
Step 3
Now add salt and ginger garlic paste in the above pan.
Step 4
Now add kachri powder and red pepper in it.
Step 5
Mix them all well.
Step 6
Now add fried onions, yogurt and garam masala.
Step 7
Now add mint leaves and green chilies in it.
Step 8
Mix them all and cover it with lid.
Step 9
Let it cook for 40 minutes.
Step 10
The dish is ready to serve.
