Crispy Fried Fish – Delicious crispy fried fish without any coating of batter or egg so that you could enjoy a complete flavor of only fish with taste moving seasoning.

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon 3-4
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Cooking Oil for frying
  • Chaat Masala as required
  • fish(pomfret) 4

Method

Step 1

Apply vinegar on the fish and leave for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Now wash the fish well.

Step 3

After washing, marinate the fish with ginger, garlic, salt and turmeric powder.

Step 4

Leave for half an hour.

Step 5

Heat some oil in a large skillet and fry the fish.

Step 6

When it turns golden brown remove the fish.

Step 7

Drizzle some lemon juice and chat spice on top.

Step 8

Serve hot with salad and naan.
