Crispy Crunchy Paratha is a contribution of Noor Asma for Food Recipe Contest on Den of Delights.
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Wheat Flour 250 grms
- Cooking Oil 4 tbsp
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Pratha Dough 5
In a bowl put together ½ kg flour, 250gm wheat flour,
1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 4 tbsp oil,
Knead with lukewarm water into a medium dough,
Cover and leave to rest for 1 hour then use to make parathas.
