Creamy Chicken Parcels is a contribution of Sadaf Afshan for Food Recipe Contest on Den of Delights.
- Salt for taste
- Chicken 2 cups
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
- Green Chillies 1 tbsp
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Red Chili 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Cream Cheese 4 to 5 triangles portions
- Onion Chopped 1 tbsp
- Dough Crescent 8 pcs
- Croutons Crushed 1/2 cup
Heat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl, mix cream cheese
1 tablespoon softened butter,
Beat until smooth.
Add chicken, chopped onion,
Add chopped bell pepper,salt,
Add pepper,red chilly powder (optional), milk; mix well.
Unroll dough and firmly press perforations to seal,
Cut dough into 8 rectangles.
Put about 2 tbsp chicken mixture onto center of each rectangle,
Pull 4 corners of dough to center of chicken mixture,
Twist firmly. Pinch edges to seal.
Brush the top of each "parcel" with melted butter,
Sprinkle with crushed croutons.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet,
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
