Cream mushroom soup is very special appetizer. This soup gives very special creamy taste and sliced mushrooms gives it a great taste.
- Salt to taste
- Cream 1 cup
- White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion Chopped 1
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Green Coriander (Hara Dhania) for garnish
- Clean Prawns 300 gm
- Garlic Clove Chopped 2 to 3
- Butter 4 to 5 tbsp
- Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
- Stock Chicken 1 liter
- Flour All purpose flour 2 to 3 tbsp
- Mushrooms 1 cup
In a pan heat oil and fry garlic cloves and onion for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add prawns and mushrooms and cook it on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add white pepper, black pepper crushed and salt to cook.
Now add butter and melt it.
In the end add white flour and fry it.
When all ingredients mix well together, pour chicken stock and cook till broth thickens.
Now add cream and cook for 1 to 2 minutes and dish it out.
Garnish it with green coriander and serve it.
