Cream Caramel is very tasty sweet dish. It refreshes your mouth after having meal. Cream and caramel gives it a special creamy and sweet taste.
- Sugar 4+4 spoons
- Eggs 6
- Milk 1/2 kg
- Fresh Cream 1 tsp
- Water 3 spoons
Beat the eggs in half liter milk.
Add 4 tablespoons of sugar to it.
Then add 4 tbsp of sugar and 3 tbsp of water in the caramel mould and cook it till the sugar starts burning.
When the sugar becomes brown, shake it well and spread it in the bottom of the mould.
Then let it cool down.
When this mixture cools down in the fridge, add the milk mixture to it.
Then place it in oven for 15 to 20 minutes on 180 C.
When its upper layer becomes brown, take it out of the oven and let it cool down.
Then take it out of the mould and place on a plate.
Pour fresh cream on the cake and serve it.
Chef Zakir's Tip: do not cook sugar too long, otherwise it will spoil caramel taste.
