Ingredients
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Cream 1 packet (Vanilla Cream)
- Caster Sugar 1/2 Cup
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Flour 3/4 cup (Sifted)
- Cooking Chocolate 1/2 cup
- Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
- Chocolate Ganache 1/2 packet
Method
Step 1
Beat the eggs and sugar on full speed until frothy (15 minutes),
Step 2
Then fold in the flour and cocoa powder VERY gently
Step 3
So that the batter doesnt deflate,
Step 4
Pour it in a square pan and bake for 20 minutes at 200 C,
Step 5
Cool and cut into 2 layers,
Step 6
Fill with vanilla cream (recipe below),
Step 7
Top with lovely and lucious chocolate ganache,
Step 8
Heat the cream in a saucepan until it just starts to boil,
Step 9
Pour over the chopped chocolate,
Step 10
Mix VERY gently until it turns into a velvety sauce,
Step 11
Let it cool a bit and then pour over the cake,
Step 12
Refrigerate the cake until the ganache sets.
Step 13
You can cover the sides of the cake with bread crumbs and coconut like i did.
