Chinese Beef is special recipe in Chinese recipes. Its taste is a little different so you can experience the different taste in food.


  • Salt: to taste
  • White Pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • Corn Flour: 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic: 4 cloves
  • Beef: 300 gm (medium diced)
  • Worcestershire Sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil: as required
  • Oyster Sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Green Shallots: 2


Step 1

In deep heavy sauce pan, heat oil, sear beef and garlic for about few minutes or until browned all over.

Step 2

Add green shallots, black pepper, white pepper, onions, worcestershire sauce, and oyster sauce to it.

Step 3

Cover lightly and simmer over low heat for 1 ½ hours, turning beef occasionally or until beef is tender.

Step 4

Stir in the corn flour blended with the water re-boil, stirring until thickened.

Step 5

Serve with tomato slices, cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves.
