Ingredients
- Salt according to taste
- Black Pepper 1 tea spoon
- Lemon peel few drops
- Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 1 pcs
- Spring Onion 2 pcs
- Soya Sauce 1 spoon
- Cabbage 1
- Chicken Boneless 250 gm
- Ghee 2 Spoons
Method
Step 1
Fry all the vegetables in the ghee,
Step 2
Boil the chicken and then chicken ko gala len then put some salth ,black pepper,soya sauce and lemon juice into fried vegetables
Step 3
After that cut chicken into small fibers and mix it then fry them in oil for some time,
Step 4
Then samoson ki pattiyan len or us me wo masaaalah fill kr den or unhe fry ker len oil me.
Step 5
Then samosas are ready to serve with tomato ketch up.......yummmyyyyyyy
