- Salt According to Taste
- Black Pepper 4 - 5 Crushed
- Lemon peel 2 Table Spoons
- Garlic 4 -5 Chopped
- Eggs 1
- Bread Crumbs 1 Cup
- Chicken Boneless Breast Chunks
- Cheddar Cheese 200 gm
- Coriander Leaves Chopped As Required
- Cooking Oil For Frying
- Tomato Ketchup 1 Table Spoon
Add garlic, salt, crushed peppercorns, coriander leaves, lemon juice, egg and tomato ketchup in the chicken cubes.
Let them marinate for half an hour.
Place the breadcrumbs in a plate.
Take toothpicks and string two chicken cubes on each with a cheese cube between them.
Roll them in the breadcrumbs so that they are well covered all around.
It would be better if you double coat it!
Press lightly so that the breadcrumbs stick firmly.
Slide the chicken and cheese fingers and deep fry in Cooking Oil till golden and crisp.
