Chicken Stock (Yakhni) is very good drink to have in winter season. It also uses in many recipes.The recipes has ingredients that are know to give strength to the body.
Ingredients
- Chicken 1
- Cream 2
- Rice (boiled) 2 cup
- Black Pepper as required
- Green Cardamom 3
- Stock (strained) 4 cup
Method
Step 1
Add water in chicken.
Step 2
Also add salt, green ilaiche and make stock from it.
Step 3
Now deep fry the chicken pieces.
Step 4
Add yoghurt in a bowl.
Step 5
Add cream in another bowl.
Step 6
And place both these small bowls in a platter.
Step 7
Add boiled rice in the middle of this platter.
Step 8
Place fried chicken on top of the rice.
Step 9
Sprinkle black pepper slightly.
Step 10
Also place the stock and ghee in the platter.
