Ingredients
- Salt Lahori salt (also known as rock salt) 1 tbsp
- Chicken whole 1
- Vinegar white 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon peel 1/2 cup
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
- Ghee (clarified butter) 2-3 tbsp
Method
Step 1
In a bowl add vinegar and salt, mix well.
Step 2
Place the whole chicken in the bowl, and rub the vinegar all over the chicken.
Step 3
In the chicken bowl, add ginger, garlic, lemon juice and ghee, rub all over the chicken well.
Step 4
Then rub garam masala all over the whole chicken.
Step 5
Roast the chicken at 200 C in a preheated oven.
Step 6
Cook 30-35 mins, until browned and chicken is cooked.
