Ingredients

  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Onion (chopped) half cup for 1/2 kg
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Gram Flour (Besan) 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 1
  • Chicken Boneless (cubes) 500 kg
  • Plain Flour 2 tbsp
  • Red Chili (chopped) 1 tsp
  • White Cumin (roasted chopped seeds) 1 tsp)
  • Coriander Leaves Chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies Chopped 2-3
  • Coriander Seeds 1 tsp
  • Rice Flour 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Put gram flour, rice flour, corn flour and plain flour in a bowl.

Step 2

Then add chopped red chilly & chopped coriander seeds.

Step 3

Add white cumin seeds and salt in the above mixture.

Step 4

Add turmeric and then add egg.

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients.

Step 6

Add the finely chopped onion, green chili and coriander leaves.

Step 7

Mix well.

Step 8

Now add the chicken pieces in the mixture.

Step 9

Deep fry every piece in low flame.
