Chicken Pakora




  • Boneless chicken ½ kg (large cubes)
  • Gram flour 2 cups
  • Cumin 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Coriander 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Citric acid 1 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Coriander and mint leaves 1/4 bunch


Step 1

Combine gram flour, chicken, coriander leaves, mint leaves and all the spices in a bowl.

Step 2

Add water to it and make a thick mixture.

Step 3

Now drop a tablespoon full in hot cooking oil till golden.

Step 4

Sieve out on absorbent paper.

Step 5

Serve pakoras with French fries and mint chutney.
