- Salt 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Potatoes 2 Pcs boiled potato
- Crushed Red Chilli 2 tbsp
- Green Chillies 6
- eggs Eggs 2
- Chicken Boneless 1/2
- Nutmeg 1/2 tbsp
- Powder (Garam Masala) 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 2 tbsp
- Ginger Slice 1 tbsp
- Mint Leaves 1/2 bunch
- Lentils 1 cup boiled
- Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
- Cooking Oil for frying
- Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp
Chop ½ kg boneless chicken into small pieces. In a cooking pot,
Add chicken with a glass of water, 2 tsp cumin seeds,
2 tsp coriander seeds, 2 tbsp crushed red chilies,
1 tsp salt, 2 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,½ tsp nutmeg,
1 tsp hot spices powder and allow cooking on low flame for 20 minutes.
Increase the flame to evaporate excess water and turn off the flame.
In a chopper, chop together chicken and a boiled potato.
Then mix with 2 beaten eggs, ½ bunch mint, 6 green chilies,
2 onions and 1 tbsp sliced ginger.
Form the mixture into shape of kebabs,
Fry in oil as required.
Delicious Chicken Daal Kebab is ready to serve.
