Chicken chilli dry is a Chinese dish which is extremely tasty and tastes good when served with vegetable fried rice.
Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Chicken (boneless) 1 kg
- Vinegar (White) 1 tsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Black Pepper (Powder) 1/2 tsp
- Green Chillies 12 (big)
- Soya Sauce 1 tsp
- Cooking Oil 3 tsp
- Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl and marinate the chicken well with vinegar and soya sauce for good 20 min.
Step 2
once chicken is marinated heat oil in a pan and add garlic paste, chicken, black pepper, salt and fry well.
Step 3
After frying add ajinomoto and keep the pan aside. Take one more pan and add 1 tsp of oil and fry green chillies lightly and also add little vinegar, soya sauce and ajinomoto.
Step 4
Now mix the chicken into it. Your yummy chicken chilli dry is ready to eat with vegetable fried rice.
