Chicken Chargha is one of the most favorite dish of all Pakistanis.
Ingredients
- Chicken whole 1-1/2 kg
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Coriander Powder 1-1-/2 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 1-1/2 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
- Lemon peel 2 fresh squeezed lemons
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tbsp
- Yellow Colour as required
- Cooking Oil for frying
- Chaat Masala 4 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Marinate chicken with all ingredients except chaat masala.
Step 2
Now steam chcicken till half tenderize.
Step 3
In last deep fried till turn into golden brown.
Step 4
Sprink chaat masala on it and serve hot.
