Chicken Chargha is one of the most favorite dish of all Pakistanis.

Ingredients

  • Chicken whole 1-1/2 kg
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Coriander Powder 1-1-/2 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
  • Lemon peel 2 fresh squeezed lemons
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Black Pepper 1 tbsp
  • Yellow Colour as required
  • Cooking Oil for frying
  • Chaat Masala 4 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Marinate chicken with all ingredients except chaat masala.

Step 2

Now steam chcicken till half tenderize.

Step 3

In last deep fried till turn into golden brown.

Step 4

Sprink chaat masala on it and serve hot.
