Chicken Cashew with Plain Boiled Rice is a contribution of Merry Awan for Food Recipe Contest on Den of Delights.
- Salt for taste
- Rice 1 kg boiled
- Coriander (Hara dhania) some leaves
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 to 3 tbsp
- Green Chillies 3 small pcs
- Garam Masala Powder 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil for frying
- Onion Chopped 2 medium pcs
- Chickicken Cashew 1
Heat oil n add GG paste to it.
After a min or two add chopped onions.
When it turns transparent add chicken boneless cubes n cook for 3to 4 mins.
Now add all the spices salt,red chilli powder,zeera powder,coriander.
And powder,garam masala powder and haldi.
After 2mins add yogurt to it around 2 to3 tbsp.
When the chicken is almost dome add green chillies n roasted cashews to it.
Mix it well along with the coriander leaves.
Put it n dum...dats it
Please note that cashews shud be in access.
And in a separate pan roast the cashews in olive oil.
Or any oil,take dem out n chop them.
Wid ur knife or in a chopper before adding to ur gravy.
