  • Chicken mince 250gm
  • Grinded black pepper 1 Tsp
  • Red Chilli powder ½ Tsp
  • Garam masala powder ½ Tsp
  • Eggs 3-4
  • Bread Slice 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Salt To taste
  • Oil For frying


Step 1

In a chopper add chicken mince, grinded black pepper, red Chilli powder, garam masala powder , salt, and slices of wet bread.

Step 2

Add eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat well

Step 3

Make chicken balls and spread them in a round shape

Step 4

Now coat them in bread crumbs and then dip in egg mixture

Step 5

Fry them in hot oil

Step 6

Tasty Chicken Bohra Cutlets are ready to serve
