We appreciate that Amna Khan has sent us the recipe of very tasty and mouth watering Chapli Kabab.

Ingredients

  • Salt: 1,1/2 tbsp
  • corn_flour Corn Flour: 1 cup
  • Tomato: (finely chopped) 4
  • Onion: (finely chopped) 4
  • Black Pepper: 1,1/2 tsp
  • Crushed Red Chilli: 2 tbsp
  • Eggs: 5
  • Mince: 750 grams
  • White Cumin: 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves Chopped: 1/2 bunch
  • Mint Leaves: (fine chopped) 1/2 bunch
  • Green Chilies Chopped: 4
  • Cooking Oil: 1,1/2 cup
  • Coriander Seeds: 3 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Grind white cumin,whole black pepper & whole dry coriander.

Step 2

In 1 bowl add mince, grind masala, 2 eggs, crushed red chilli, salt, mint, coriander, green chillies, tomatoes, onion & corn flour.

Step 3

Mix well, Whisk 3 eggs & fry in 2 tbsp oil,cut into small pieces,add in mince mixture.

Step 4

Leave for 15 minutes then make kabab & fry, Serve Hot.
