Cham Cham is one of the most famous mithai. This recipe is very easy to make at home.
- Corn Flour 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 kg (make syrup/sheera)
- Milk 2 kg
- Pistachios for garnishing
- Flour All purpose flour 1/2 tsp
- Citric Acid Tatri 1 tp
Boil milk and add tatri.
Sieve from muslin cloth and knead.
Add cornflour and all purpose flour also make dough.
Give oval shape and put in prepared syrup/sheera and cook well till rise
Sprinkle pistachio and serve.
