A sweet caramel sauce with creamy taste. enjoy it by topping it on your icecream and other deserts.


  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 200 g
  • Cream 200 ml
  • Milk 200 ml


Step 1

Add sugar in a pan and melt it on low-medium heat.

Step 2

Add cream and milk in a pot, mix them well.

Step 3

Add cream and milk mixture in molten sugar.

Step 4

Disslove cornflour in some water.

Step 5

Then add cornflour slowly in sugar mixture.

Step 6

Add till the contents achieve moderate thickness.

Step 7

Keep in fridge and pour it on ice cream or desserts.

Step 8

Caution: Carefully handle the molten sugar.
