Ingredients

  • Sugar 100 grms
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2 pcs
  • Baking Powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Butter 100 grms
  • Cooking Oil 1 tbsp
  • Flour 100 grms
  • Chocolate Chips 1 cup
  • Chocolate Browny 50 grms

Method

Step 1

In a cooking pot, add 100 grams sugar,

Step 2

100 grams butter and 50 grams chocolate,

Step 3

Allow cooking on low flame,

Step 4

Shift the mixture in another pot and allow to cool,

Step 5

Then add 2 beaten eggs and 100 grams plain flour to it,

Step 6

Beat with an electric beater,

Step 7

Also add 1 cup white chocolate chips,

Step 8

Grease a baking tray and spread this mixture on it,

Step 9

Bake in a pre heated oven for half an hour,

Step 10

For sauce, cook together 50 grams chocolate,

Step 11

1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp cream and 2 tbsp butter on low flame,

Step 12

Cut brownies into squares,

Step 13

Pour chocolate sauce on top of it and serve.
