- Caster Sugar 5 ounce(for icing too)
- Eggs 4
- Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
- Fresh Cream (for icing) 8 ounce
- Cherry as required
- Flour 3 ounces
- Ice Cream (for filling) 1 litre
- Chocolate Syrup 1/2 cup
- Cocoa Powder 1 ounces
Beat 4 eggs and 4 ounce sugar till light and fluffy.
Add in 1 tsp vanilla essence, sieve 3 ounces flour and 1 ounce cocoa powder, fold in the sieve flour and cocoa mixture very slowly to the beaten egg mixture.
Spread in the greased and paper lined Swiss roll tray, bake in a pre heated oven of 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove on a sugar sprinkled napkin, roll again, then open roll, spread with ice cream. Again roll, decorate top with 8 ounces whipped cream, ½ cup chocolate sauce and cherries.
Freeze till you require using.
