  • Caster Sugar 5 ounce(for icing too)
  • Eggs 4
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Cream (for icing) 8 ounce
  • Cherry as required
  • Flour 3 ounces
  • Ice Cream (for filling) 1 litre
  • Chocolate Syrup 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa Powder 1 ounces


Step 1

Beat 4 eggs and 4 ounce sugar till light and fluffy.

Step 2

Add in 1 tsp vanilla essence, sieve 3 ounces flour and 1 ounce cocoa powder, fold in the sieve flour and cocoa mixture very slowly to the beaten egg mixture.

Step 3

Spread in the greased and paper lined Swiss roll tray, bake in a pre heated oven of 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove on a sugar sprinkled napkin, roll again, then open roll, spread with ice cream. Again roll, decorate top with 8 ounces whipped cream, ½ cup chocolate sauce and cherries.

Step 4

Freeze till you require using.
