Almonds are very nutritious and full of energy. If your a almond fan, then am sure you will love this recipe of almond dessert, cooked with sugar, ghee and saffron.
- Sugar 800 gm
- Almond 800 gm
- Saffron a pinch
- Cardamom Green 10
- Ghee as required
Soak the almonds in water for about 3 hours.
Wash, strain and skin them, then grind them finely.
Make a syrup and add crushed cardamoms, saffron and almonds.
Beat together until mixture thickens.
Add a little ghee and stir again for 2 minutes.
Removes from flame and serve.
