Apple Milk Shake” is rich in pectin,potassium and silver.Potassium is essential for functioning of neuro fluids and helps in the functioning of the brain.Silver is good for health.As the saying goes “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”.


  • Sugar 10 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Water 1 cup
  • Apple 1/4 kg peeled


Step 1

Cut the peeled apples into small pieces.

Step 2

Now, beat in a mixer.

Step 3

Pour water, milk and sugar and beat well.

Step 4

Whip it for three minutes and serve.
