Aloo Gosht Recipe is a contribution of “Suzi n Shaz Bites” for Food Recipe Contest on Den of Delights.
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Potatoes 1/4 kg
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- All Spice 1/2 tsp
- Tomatoes Chopped 1 medium
- Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion Chopped 1 medium
Heat oil in pan add onion and fry for 2 mins then add meat and again fry until the water dries.
Then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 3-4 mins.
Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and tomatoes.
Add water cover the pan with lid and leave it until the meat get semi cooked (meat should be this much tender that u can take a bite of it).
At that stage bhunify it and then add potatoes again add water and leave it until the potatoes and meat both tenderandze completely now fry it until you get the desired thickness of gravy.
Sprinkle the all spices garnish with coriender leaves.
Serve hot with naan and enjoy.
I added a god sprinkle of lemon juice while serving.
