Achari Gosht recipe is full of spices dish. Achari spices give this recipe a very special taste.
- Salt to taste
- Onion (sliced) 3
- Lemon 4
- Coriander (Hara dhania) whole(Dhnia)1 tbsp,
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Garlic 8 clove
- Green Chillies 6
- Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
- Tamarind (Imli) Pulp 2 tbsp
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Aniseed (Saunf) 1 tsp, 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Red Chili whole 10
- Curry Leaves few
- Coriander Leaves Chopped 1/2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cooking Oil 1 cup
- Black Seeds 1 tsp
In a dish heat some oil and fry the onions sliced to golden brown and put it out on a piece of paper.
Now in a dish put mutton, turmeric and salt and dry the water of the meat.
Then add ginger sliced, cloves of garlic, coriander whole and aniseed.
Now put hot water and boil the meat. Now add red chili whole and yogurt and cook it for sufficient time and add lemon juice.
To fill the chilies put white cumin seeds, aniseeds, mustard and coriander whole and cook it.
After that add tamarind paste and sufficient amount of salt and fill into 6 green chilies.
Now put these filled green chilies into the frying pan and fry them and put them on meat. After that add 1tsp of black seeds in the meat and burn it on low flame.
Now the spicy and wonderful achari gosht is ready dish out with nan and serve it.
