Aalu K (Potato) Parathay is a traditional breakfast of pakistani people. Enjoy this crispy and spicy paratha with yogurt chutney.
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Red Pepper (Crushed) 2 tsp
- Potatoes boiled 5
- Green Chillies as required
- Green Coriander (Hara Dhania) 1 cup (chopped)
- Pomegranate Seeds 1 tbsp
- Whole Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
- Ghee 1 cup
- Flour 5 cup
Mash the potato and mix all things in it.
Make payra from flour and fill with potato mixture in middle.
Then flatten them all with rolling pin.
And fry them on pan with little oil.
