Ingredients

  • Boiled Potato: ½ kg
  • Oil: 3 tablespoon
  • Mustard Seed: ¼ teaspoon
  • Cumin: ½ teaspoon
  • Bay Leaf: 3-4 leaves
  • Onion: 3 tablespoon
  • Ginger (paste): ½ teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder: ¼ teaspoon
  • Powdered Red Chilies: 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Mash the boiled potatoes. Heat up oil in Karahi and pour mustard, cumin seeds, bayleaf and onion in it and fry.

Step 2

Now pour pasted ginger, turmeric powder, red chilies powder, salt, peanuts and lemon nectar in it.

Step 3

Now properly mix the mashed potatoes and make balls of this mixture.

Step 4

Now mix gram flour, rice flour, coriander, green chilies, carom seeds and salt in water. Quote the balls with the mixture.

Step 5

Fry the balls and serve.
